Hello,

When I create a new purchase invoice from a PDF or JPG/PNG file and then click the “Text Recognition” button, nothing happens.
A circular icon appears next to the button, but there are no results.

Does this button work?
Does this button work in a sandbox?

Why does nothing happen and no fields get recognized?
