Deletes or archives an account depending on its activity. By default, the account is permanently deleted. However, if the account has any associated transactions, it will be archived instead to ensure data recoverability. If the account has both tin and cin identifiers, archiving the account will cause the cin identifier to be lost. Returns the updated account object.
