Show company from Directory (by country and scheme codes)

Return the information about specified company that lists in our Directory.

If the participant is found in the Peppol SML but not yet in the local directory, returns 202 Accepted with a polling URL. The client should retry the same request until it resolves to 200 (found) or 404 (not found).
